Principal/Licensee

As Principal/Licensee of Resort and Business Sales, Frances brings extensive business expertise to the company. She has managed and owned her own Restaurants in London and Brisbane, a Travel Agency franchise, a Jewellery store, a busy Newsagency and is Qualified in Business Management.

Frances has also worked in Management on a Whitsunday Island Resort, been General Manager of a corporate Travel Company, before successfully buying, managing and selling Management Rights on the Sunshine Coast.

Frances has a substantial amount of worldwide travel experience, having visited more than 30 different countries, meeting people from all walks of life and cultures. This has attributed to her excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ian White

Business Consultant

A specialist in customer service, business management and sales, Ian is a great asset to the team at Resort and Business Sales.

He has previously owned and managed a busy Newsagency, as well as bought, managed and sold Management Rights to a successful resort in Caloundra, Queensland.

Having travelled overseas extensively, as an International Group Tour Leader covering several continents, has given him the ability to communicate with a broad range of people.

Ian has an Electrical Trades Background which included a vast array of locations and responsibilities. He has experience in logistics and held foreman and supervisory positions allowing him to utilise his productive organisational strengths and exceptional people skills.

After buying and selling his own businesses, Ian realised the need for a Business Broker who will do more for you.
